- Casauri ships from Florida, USA within 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of order by 3pm EST on a business day at the Casauri.com warehouse, Express Air shipments are sent within 24 business hours (depending on product availability and weather conditions) via UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO'S, and FPO'S.
- International Orders
- International shipments will be via FedEx International Priority or the United States Postal Service (USPS), for volume orders, other shipment methods may be arranged. Shipments to Canada are via UPS Canada Standard unless otherwise requested. Please be advised that your purchase may be subject to additional fees including but not limited to customs tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, excise and local taxes, or any other charge assessed by the receiving country or carrier. Casauri cannot be responsible for any of these assessed fees nor can we advise you in advance the amount of these fees at the time of your order. Kindly contact your local authorities to determine estimated fees prior to placing your order. In the event you elect not to pay assessed fees, you may refuse the shipment. We will credit your account for the returned item upon receipt in original condition less any associated shipping, handling charges, or any fees assessed by the receiving country or carrier for the return postage.
- Warranty & Returns
- If you are not satisfied with your Casauri purchase, please notify us by completing the returns form. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase in new and saleable condition in the original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. However, in the event of a manufacturer's defect, we will exchange the product or issue a full refund upon receipt of the merchandise. For drop ship orders from websites other than Casauri.com, please contact the website where you placed the order for specific return instructions.
