General Policies
Shipping
Casauri ships from Florida, USA within one to two business
days from receipt of order at the Casauri.com warehouse (depending
on product availability and weather conditions) via UPS or
FedEx. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must select 2nd Day
or Next Day Air only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO'S,
and FPO'S.
International Orders
International shipments (including Canada) will be via FedEx
International Priority. Please be advised that your purchase
may be subject to additional fees including but not limited
to customs tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, excise and local
taxes, or any other charge assessed by the receiving country
or carrier. Casauri will not be responsible for any of these
assessed fees. In the event you elect not to pay assessed
fees, you may refuse the shipment. We will credit your account
for the returned item upon receipt in original condition less
any associated shipping, handling charges, or any fees assessed
by the receiving country or carrier for the return postage.
Warranty/Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Casauri purchase, please
notify us to assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization
number. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase in new
and saleable condition in the original packaging. Shipping
and handling fees are not refundable. However, in the event
of a manufacturer's defect, we will exchange the product or
issue a full refund upon receipt of the merchandise. For Casauri.com
returns, please send an email to returns@casauri.com,
include your name, order number, and reason for return. For
eBags orders, please contact www.eBags.com for specific return instructions.
Product Notice
Please note that Casauri products may come with removable
components such as shoulder straps. The shoulder strap is
not a toy and not to be played with by children or minors.
