Placing an order

To order Casauri products, start by browsing our delightful assortment of items and select the item(s) you would like to purchase.
Select the quantity and color of the item and add it to your shopping cart.
Continue shopping or proceed to check out.
Your credit card is only charged at the time the product ships. If there is an issue with the credit card, your order will not be shipped and we will contact you direct for verification.
After your order is placed and processed, you will receive an email notification with your order number and a second email with your shipping and tracking information.

Order Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of order, but usually within 24 business hours.
If your order includes customization or a monogram, allow an additional week of processing plus regular shipping time.
Orders are shipped from Fort Pierce, Florida, USA via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS): U.S. Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Express Mail, or Global Priority Mail based on the options available and your selection.
Average delivery times in business days:
Within the continental USA – 2 to 3 business days
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii & APO Military Addresses – 5 to 7 business days
International orders – 7 to 10 business days (precise delivery times will be determined by local postal services in each country).

Canceling my order

To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact Casauri Customer Service at 772-460-8978. In the event your order was processed, we can process a refund or exchange.

Orders with monograms or customization that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded unless for manufacturer’s defect.

Casauri is required by law to charge sales tax for orders with “ship to” addresses within the state of Florida only. Casauri is not currently required to charge sales tax for any other state. If you are a wholesaler or tax exempt entity, please provide us with a copy of your Florida Reseller’s Certificate for sales tax exemption.

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address:

The first confirms that your order has been received (email should arrive within approximately 24 hours).

The second confirms that your order has been shipped and will include any tracking information and a link to to track the package. For orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail, tracking numbers are not always provided.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Casauri. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of your order in new original condition and in their original packaging, for a refund of the purchase price (shipping, handling or customization charges are non-refundable).
To return an item – please contact Casauri via email at indicating the reason of the return and if you have had any issues with your purchase. We can also exchange a product if you would like a different color or size (additional shipping charges and price differentials apply).

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and indicate the address where the returns are to be sent. Please write your RMA Number on the label of your package. Casauri does not issue return labels or pay for return shipping costs, except in the event of an error on our part. Please insure any return packages.

Refund – Upon receipt of the returned item in new and original condition, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your credit card company, you should expect to see the credit on your card within 3 to 5 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of a manufacturer’s error or a shipping error on our part.

To maintain your Casauri product, you may spot clean with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Moisten the cloth at a corner and dab with a small amount of clear soap (like Ivory or Fels-Naptha). Spot clean the area that is soiled. Then rinse out the cloth with the soap lightly clean around the area. To remove any watermarks, use a damp cloth without soap, and blot around the area of the water mark. Blot out excess dampness with a clean cloth and allow to air dry.

We do not recommend using a washing machine for any Casauri item. For aprons and pillow cases, we recommend washing by hand using mild soap in lukewarm or cold water. Avoid wringing, allow to air and drip dry. Do not bleach; do not iron; and do not use an electric heat dryer.

Please note that Casauri products may come with removable components such as shoulder straps. The removable components are not toys and not to be played with by children or minors, nor are they to be placed in the mouth or internally.

Your personal information and your credit card information are converted into encrypted code that is securely transmitted to our processor. At Casauri we respect and guard your privacy and do not share or sell any customer data.
